This notice explains how Adverion Technology Pvt. Ltd. ("Adverion", "we") handles personal data shared through adverion.technology, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Details you type into our forms: name, email, phone number, company, role, team size, the product you are interested in and your message.
Job applications: the details above plus your résumé, experience and any links you share.
Technical data: your IP address and browser information, kept briefly to prevent spam and abuse of our forms.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your colour-theme choice is stored only in your own browser. Pages that show a map load it from Google Maps, which is subject to Google's own privacy policy.

Booking a demo time: after you request a demo, you can pick a slot in a calendar provided by Cal.com. Your name, email and the request details are passed to it so you don't have to type them again, and the booking is handled under Cal.com's privacy policy. The calendar only loads after you send the form.
WhatsApp: if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo or early access, and follow up about it.
To review job applications and contact candidates.
To keep our website and forms secure.

We process this data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit a form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It is handled only by our team and by the providers that host this website and our email, and Cal.com when you book a demo time, who process it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and demo requests: up to 24 months after our last conversation.
Job applications: up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Anti-spam records (IP addresses): no more than a few days.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it erased, or withdraw your consent. You can also raise a grievance with us. Email info@adveriontechnology.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are sent straight to our mailbox and are not stored on the web server, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date above.
